1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. luckytime55 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by mismatched identity details.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

luckytime55 is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of luckytime55 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. luckytime55 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

3. Account Verification and KYC

luckytime55 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number)

luckytime55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckytime55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). luckytime55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your luckytime55 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. luckytime55 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. luckytime55 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of security checks, fraud prevention, or KYC verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by luckytime55's finance team.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on luckytime55 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). luckytime55 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in pesos is the amount credited to your luckytime55 wallet.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

luckytime55 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on luckytime55 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, mine-style games, lucky dice, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of luckytime55's systems and cannot be influenced by luckytime55 or any player.

Each game on luckytime55 has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. luckytime55 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, luckytime55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. luckytime55's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luckytime55 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to luckytime55 support immediately
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your luckytime55 account
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing luckytime55 on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to access your account

8. Account Suspension and Termination

luckytime55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

Upon account closure for cause, luckytime55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

luckytime55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. luckytime55 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

luckytime55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and luckytime55 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckytime55 Platform — including but not limited to the luckytime55 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of luckytime55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of luckytime55 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
